Paulo Rangel visits kyiv, Bucha and Irpin at the beginning of the week

The vice president of the European People’s Party (EPP), Paulo Rangel, will be in Ukraine on Monday and Tuesday and will visit the cities of kyiv, Bucha and Irpin.

Besides the capital, Kiev, the vice-president of the PSD and MEP of the party will be in the cities of Bucha and Irpin, “to see ‘in loco’ the reconstruction effort that the Ukrainian society is developing, an example of improvement and hope In the future”.

The note indicates that the visit is part of “the scope of the presidency of the group of the European People’s Party” and that Paulo Rangel “will also have contact with the leaders of the different Ukrainian parties.”

Quoted in the statement, Paulo Rangel stressed that “this mission of the president of the PPE parliamentary group to kyiv comes at a crucial and dramatic moment.”
