  • Danish PM Says Allies Are Discussing Sending Fighter Jets: ‘It’s Ukraine’s Great Wish’

    Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said today that Ukraine’s allies are discussing sending more fighter jets to Ukraine, this after Poland decided to deliver four MiG-29 jets to Kiev.

    Quoted by The Guardian, Mette Frederiksen told Danish television that Ukraine has “a great desire” to receive fighter jets.

    Denmark is “open” to this idea, the prime minister said, and the Nordic country’s Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen had also admitted that Copenhagen could send the F-16s.
