This Wednesday the Balcão dos Fundos and Linha dos Fundos services are officially launched, which support beneficiaries and applicants for European funds within the framework of Portugal 2020, Portugal 2030 and the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
According to a statement from the Agency for Development and Cohesion, the Balcão dos Fundos “is the central point of access to European funds”, being the platform “where requests for support are submitted”.
The platform is assumed as a way to continue the work developed in Balcão 2020 and presents “new features”, such as the application of a principle of interoperability with data and information already residing in other public administration sources, access with the Digital Mobile Code or the vision and integrated management of the programming periods of Portugal 2020 and Portugal 2030 — including “open and closed application opening notices, which allows you to always be next to financing opportunities”.
Likewise, a mobile application is also available for users to access information on open notices and operations from their mobile phone, an intelligent search engine, the possibility of requesting help or an English version.
“This platform allows to carry out, in a single place, the document and information management and it must evolve to integrate other European funds, in addition to the new Portugal 2030″, underlines the agency.
For its part, the Line of Funds was reinforced to guarantee “an agile, close and transparent access to information on European funds”.
This line provides support in the different programs that involve European funds and answers queries related to “technical support to the Funds Desk”, “notifications and operations” and “general information”.
