Turkish film and television production company Dolodezgin and Qatari Al-Faisal Holding Group have entered into a partnership to implement joint projects in the field of television and film production.
The partnership between the two parties has resulted in the establishment of a company in the Qatar capital, Doha, called Metasera, and it is planned that Metasera will operate in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as in Qatar.
The director and chief executive officer of the Turkish company, Koray Demir, told Anadolu news agency that they have formed a joint company with large Qatari companies and that Metasera’s activities will later go global after initially being limited. to Qatar, the Middle East and North Africa. He added that they are committed to providing production and media services, indicating that they will be present at the 2022 World Cup through the content of the films and advertisements they will present.
As for Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, founder and chairman of Al Faisal Holding Group, he believes that the joint company will facilitate their pioneering entry into the media and production sector through the technologies they are implementing.
The company’s scope will include film and television production and digital platforms, as well as films, series, advertising and documentaries.
