OE2022. President of the Republic promulgates budget execution decree
EO2022 entered into force at the end of June, after the budget project presented in October by the previous government was rejected by parliament, which led to early elections and the election of a new executive.
In 2020 and 2021, the respective budget execution decree law (DLEO) was not published, and the Government considered that the 2019 DLEO remained in force until a new one was approved.
