Electricity will be supplied on a priority basis to essential infrastructure,” Ukrenergo said on the Telegram social network.

Bomb warning sirens sounded again in parts of Ukraine this morning after Russian missiles landed in the south of the countryalthough Zelensky assures that most of them were destroyed by anti-aircraft defenses.

“The situation is difficult, but it is under control,” he added to Ukrenergo, when Kiev forces announced that they had destroyed more than 60 of the approximately 70 missiles launched by the Russians.

However, “some plants will not be able to operate at full capacity for some time. The frosts that will intensify in the next 24 hours will cause an energy deficit in the system,” the company explained.
