Eurico Brilhante Dias spoke to journalists at the end of the first meeting of the socialist caucus after the holidays and minutes after the leader of the PSD, Luís Montenegro, expressed his willingness to sign an agreement commitment to the Government “for 15 or 20 years” so that the IRS for young people up to 35 years old does not increase in addition to 15%.
