Monica Lewinsky made her own decision, saying “we are all guilty” of watching and reacting to the drama in the courtroom as the world awaits the end of the defamation trial against Johnny Depp and Amber Heard.

Lewinsky also attacked Depp’s lawyer Camille Vasquez’s “idol-like” songs, adding that “girl on girl action” is “on Misogyny’s top hit album.”
But what worries him most, says Lewinsky, is “how we fuel the fire of misogyny and, by extension, the famous circus.”
“The way our negligence uses cases for our own ends is a sign that how many of us, mingled on social media, continue to ignore our dignity and humanity,” Lewinsky said.

Lewinsky replied, “Does our opinion in this case give us the right to feel superior or inferior enough to be able to create a meme, TikTok, or a tweet that says something funny and suffering?”

“If the jury verdict is in favor of either defendant Hurd or defendant Depp, we are guilty,” Lewinsky said.
