The Madrilenian C. Tangana set up arraiais in Parque das Nações, took a group of friends out for a drink in Lisbon, and did more: he raised the bar for what a concert can be in 2022.
“Pucho”, as he is called by devoted fans who sing every song as if they speak fluent Spanish or were born in Murcia or Salamanca, is a man of seemingly immeasurable ambitions. He sings it in “Un Veneno”, a song sung this Friday night in Lisbon. Although there he refers to a megalomania for “women, masses and protagonism” that is “taking away his life”, the excessive ambition is also musical.
