British musician Robbie Williams will return to Portugal in March 2023, for a live concert, as part of “The XXV Tour”, which celebrates his 25 years as a solo artist, it was announced on Monday.
Robbie Williams will perform in Altice Sandin Lisbon, the March 27thwhere he will present all his hits, in a complete show with a pop-rock band, the promoter Música no Coração announced this Monday in a statement.
The tour begins in Bologna, Italy, on January 20 and ends in Oslo, Norway, on June 24, passing through cities across the continent, including Lisbon, which will be his penultimate tour.
The album that celebrates 25 years of his career, with the same title as the tour, “XXV”, was released earlier this month and guaranteed the British musician the UK’s top spot for the 14th time.
According to the promoter, with this feat, Robbie Williams broke the record for the solo artist with the most number 1 albums in the United Kingdom, surpassed Elvis Presley’s record and nearly matched the Beatlesthey have 15 number one albums in the UK.
The last time the musician performed in Portugal was in 2014, at Rock In Rio Lisboa.
Tickets for “La XXV Gira” will now be available sale from Friday September 30in the usual places and prices range between 48 and 150 euros.
