On FNC’s Fox & Friends on Monday, Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) announced that his book Save Nine will be released this week.
Lee said he wrote the book to raise the alarm about the left and staff wanting to expand the Supreme Court and where this might lead. He also warned the court that such threats had not been made since 1937.
“I wrote Save the Nine to help prepare Americans for what the left is planning, expand or recruit the Supreme Court, pass legislation that gives President Biden the power to appoint up to four additional Judges of the Supreme Court. The court is overworked and understaffed, instead President Biden has to dictate the outcome of decisions he doesn’t like,” Lee said. “I started waiting for this more than a year ago and wrote Save the Nine to defend the Supreme Court, but not just to defend the court, but the country itself, the Constitution, and our system of government.”
“As I explained on Save Nine, which is now available for pre-order, you can read this book and it will get you ready,” he continued. “You’re winning all kinds of disputes these days, not just about court fees, but about everything else in government because it gives you the tools you need to stop it. You see, the United States Supreme Court was last threatened in this way in 1937. As I explained in Save the Nine, although this legal attempt failed, it still impressed the court as it threatened and coerced it. up to the point where one of the judges changed the vote.
