Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) said on Sunday that the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson’s Women’s Health overturned the Supreme Court decision in 1973. Rowe vs. Wade solution.
Jordan told “Sunday Morning Futures” on Fox News that the decision was not only “a victory for life”, not the Constitution and common sense, but “a victory over the intimidation tactics of the Left.”
“[T]he is gone… he will always try to scare you,” Jordan said. But this week’s resolution is a victory for life, a victory for the Constitution, a victory for common sense. And God bless the Supreme Court. And God bless President Trump. This won’t happen if he doesn’t bring the right people to court. So, this – this is a huge win for a lifetime. But it is also a victory over the left’s tactics of intimidation.”
“Remember this pattern,” he continued. “So, it started with Kavanaugh approving along with all the fun stuff he did. Then Schumer says all his bullshit on the steps of the Supreme Court. Jerry Nadler introduces a bill to fill the court. It was an intimidation tactic they tried to use against Judge Thomas and his wife. And of course, the draft result. “This is a Judicial Committee hearing on the subject of abortion pending in court. And then, of course, the life of an incumbent judge of the United States Supreme Court was cast.”
Jordan adds, “But none of that matters. The Court did the right thing. And they said it meant what the Constitution said and we got the victory for life. But still, that won’t happen unless President Trump does what he promised and brings the right people to our highest court.” ”
