Juan Ariel Molina-Salles, 32, an illegal immigrant from Honduras, was arrested and charged with killing Deputy Sheriff Michael Hartwick in a car accident while working on a construction site, according to Breitbart News.

Police said Molina-Salles was driving the large loader that crashed into Hartwick and killed him.
