Anxiety doesn’t look the same for everyone, so symptoms vary from person to person. However, it is important to be aware of some common anxiety symptoms:

Psychological symptoms include fear, indecision, loss of self-confidence, poor concentration, feelings of failure, and thoughts of avoiding confrontation.

Physical symptoms include high blood pressure, palpitations, sweating, dry mouth, tremors, and muscle tension.

Behavioral symptoms include avoiding eye contact, nail biting, being withdrawn, or seeking people’s positive approval.
