Production of the McLaren P1 was discontinued a few years ago, but British motorsports engineering company Lanzante continues to release new versions of the hybrid supercar. The latest version will be a car called the P1 Spider, which debuted at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2022.
The car has a removable roof panel instead of a retractable roof. To protect the interior, Lanzante has redesigned everything in UV-resistant leather and premium fabric with satin carbon fiber trim and a shiny black key ring.
The P1 gearbox will be certified, while the twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V-8 and electric motor will produce 903 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds.
Lanzante will only make five of the type, and each will cost £2.4 million.
