For the second day in a row, the relays of the second West Asian Championships for men and women (under 20) in athletics, organized by the Lebanese Federation, games until Wednesday at the Al-Jamkhour Club Stadium under the auspices of the President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, with the participation of nine countries, namely the Sultanate Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Yemen, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Palestine and Lebanon.

At the end of the second day, Syria led the overall rankings, followed by Qatar, Kuwait and Lebanon, who won the Omar Arnaut gold medal in the high jump on the second day.
