  • Long-range rockets launched against Israel from Lebanon were intercepted in Tel Aviv

    According to the Israel Defense Forces, two long-range rockets launched at Israel from Lebanon were successfully intercepted by air defenses, The Times of Israel writes.

    During the attack, sirens sounded in Tel Aviv and neighboring cities. There are no reports of injuries or damage caused by the attack.

    Shortly after, the IDF issued a Urgent evacuation warning for Tire residentsin Lebanon, before the air strikes being prepared against Hezbollah facilities.

    “Hezbollah’s activity forces the IDF to act in the area in which it is located. The IDF does not want to harm you,” writes IDF spokesman Colonel Avichay Adraee in Arabic, in X, next to a map of the areas that Israeli forces are expected to attack. “They should immediately move away from the red marked area and head north towards the Awali River. “Anyone who approaches Hezbollah personnel, facilities and weapons is putting their life in danger!” adds Adraee.
