“The crazy regimes in Seoul and kyiv” are carrying out “an atrocious military provocation” against North Korea. The accusation was made by Kim Yo Jong, sister of Pyongyang leader Kim Jong Un, in a statement published this Tuesday, following statements by Ukraine and South Korea that North Korean soldiers fight alongside Russia on Ukrainian territory.

North Korea has already sent its first contingent to Russia, according to South Korean services
