Hasan Salihamidzic, sporting director of Bayern Munich, has cleared up reports that Germany’s Leroy Sane could leave this summer.

The German footballer’s name was recently linked to Manchester United, but Hamidich denied the information, telling Sky Sports: “Nothing of the sort.”

He added: “Sledi is an important player for us and there is no truth in what they say about him.”

On the other hand, Hamidzic confirmed that signing Dutch defender Matthias de Ligt was a dream come true at the Allianz Arena.

During an interview with Sky Sport Germany, Hamidžić was asked if Niklas Süle’s salary increase is better than paying more than 60 million for De Ligt.

Hamidzic replied: “De Ligt has been a dream player for us for many years and I think Bayern is also a dream club for him.”

At the end of his statements, Hamidic confirmed that all the newcomers preferred Bayern over others, despite the possibility of getting more money from other clubs.
