In 1964, 1966 and 1968, two years apart, Rúben A. published the three volumes of his autobiography “O Mundo à Minha Busca”. The Portuguese author, a cousin of Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen on his mother’s side and of Ruy Leitão on his father’s, used a simple A. as a nickname to hide the Alfredo he had as a middle name. But, after the last few days, A. might as well have been from Amorim: since it seems that everyone is looking for Reuben.
