The Speaker of the House of Representatives of Russia Vyacheslav Volodin announced that the United States and its partners do not intend to provide real assistance to Ukraine, and that Ukraine will receive only 15% of the amount allocated for help of Washington.
“Washington and Brussels do not aim to provide real assistance to Ukraine and solve its economic and social problems. They need it (Ukraine) to fight Russia until the last Ukrainians, ”Volodin wrote on his Telegram page.
He stressed that this is justified by the law allocating $ 40 billion for aid to Ukraine, which was recently signed by US President Joe Biden. He said 35 percent of this amount would be spent on funding the US armed forces, while 45.2 percent was planned to be spent in “other countries”, not in Ukraine. 4.8% of this assistance will be spent on helping refugees, maintaining the work of the US Embassy in Ukraine and other diplomatic support. Of the $ 40 billion, only 15% of the allocated amount will remain for direct assistance to Ukraine.
At the same time, he noted that Ukrainians will have to repay the entire $ 40 billion debt.
“In the United States they are starting to say that Kiev will not be able to repay its public debt in the future. Therefore, the last resources were taken from Ukraine, as is the case with grain today. ”
