Klaus Schwab, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the World Economic Forum (WEF), joyfully greeted the global elite as they gathered in Davos, Switzerland on Monday: “The future we are building… a strong community just like you is here in this room. ”
The theme for the 2022 issue of the 51-year-old lobbying NGO founded by a German engineer and economist is “History at a Turning Point: Government and Business Strategies”.
According to the references given on the first day at the famous Swiss ski resort, Schwab sees its organization at the forefront of shaping the world of tomorrow.
Unfortunately, foreigners were not consulted or invited to join the 2500 people from different parts of the world.
In his welcoming speech, Schwab praised those gathered right in front of him.
“The future is not just happening. The future we’ve built, a strong community like you, is in this room. We have ways to improve the situation in the world, but two conditions are needed,” he said.
“First, we all act as stakeholders of larger communities. That we serve not only our own interests, but also society. We call this stakeholder responsibility. Second, we work together. ”
Schwab added that climate change and nature conservation are issues that need to be addressed urgently, as fears of high inflation will affect how we see the future of the global economy.
He taught the fear of people drowning in poverty and starving to death.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also delivered a speech on Monday.
According to Breitbart London, in a conversation with Schwab via video link, he compared his country to Israel.

The oldest American politician on this year’s show will be President Joe Biden’s climate ambassador, John Kerry, while Alok Sharma, who chaired the Cop26 meeting in Glasgow in November, will be the UK government keynote speaker.
A former UK cabinet minister who attends Davos regularly said the meeting was no longer relevant.
“It was funny,” he said. “You have managers who fly to Switzerland on private jets and then pledge to plant millions of trees as carbon compensation.”
