American media revealed Tuesday details of the gunman and preparations to carry out the attack on an elementary school in Texas.
Authorities confirmed that the gunman, who authorities identified as Salvador Ramos, 18, a student at Ovaldi High School, was killed at the scene.

According to the newspaper, after shooting his grandmother, he crashed into his vehicle near Robb Elementary School in Ovaldi around 11:30 am local time and was chased by police while running to school carrying a pistol and possibly a shotgun.
Chris Olivares, spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety, quoted the newspaper as saying, “As soon as he entered the school, he started shooting children and teachers, hitting anyone who intercepted him.”
The killer posted photos of his two rifles on “Instagram”, then texted a girl saying “he has something to do”, but did not announce his intention.
Photos on the newspaper’s Instagram account show a conversation between him and an unknown girl who was asked to answer “eleven o’clock”, that is, shortly before the accident began.
His Instagram account was deleted shortly after the Texas government revealed the identity of the killer, but his photos have received many comments attacking his shooting. Among these photos is a magazine photo of the gun.
The Tik Tok account that appears to be linked to the shooter has also been deleted. A video of the game was posted on his Instagram account with the comment, “Guys, you should be scared.”
A classmate of the shooter described his behavior as “a typically quiet young man.”
According to the latest information, 21 people, including 19 children, were killed in the attack. Among the victims was Eva Meirlis, a fourth -grade teacher at the school.
