Sharp teeth, black capes and dresses and red vests. In the castle ruins of Whitby Abbey, located in North Yorkshire (England), 1,369 fans of “Dracula” dressed as vampires and this Thursday broke the record for people dressed as this mystical bloodthirsty creature. Previously, the highest number was 1,039 people and was established in 2011 in Doswell, Virginia.
The English Heritage, the British body that manages the respective historic site, appealed to Twitter to celebrate the milestone.
