The Saudi Arabian General Passport Authority released an explanation of the final decision to deport residents and foreigners who left and did not return to it, noting that “the instruction states that anyone who left with an exit and re-entry visa and does not return within the period specified in visa, entry into Saudi Arabia is prohibited for a period of 3 years.

And she explained in a statement that “the period is calculated from the date of expiration of the visa, and is based on the Hijri calendar,” emphasizing that “the decision to ban entry does not apply to dependents and accompanying persons.”

The Office stated: “With regard to the departure of dependents and accompanying expatriate sons or daughters and their non-return, as well as their further appearance on the Absher platform for the guardian, they are canceled and excluded from the list of dependents immediately after the expiration of the visa through the communication service through the platform of electronic Absher services.

And Saudi Passports announced that “the date of departure will be recorded and no expatriate has issued an exit and return visa automatically after two months from the date of expiration of the visa, and there is no need to review the passport department, as before, for the exit and not for expatriates.
