In South Texas, a migrant jumped out of a smuggler’s car and drove into passing traffic. A passerby collided with the immigrant and killed him instantly.
On June 10, a member of the Texas Department of Public Safety stopped a vehicle suspected of carrying people on U.S. Highway 281 between Falfurrias and Premont, Texas. DPS officials released police videos showing a migrant jumping out of a vehicle to avoid being caught. The video shows the migrant crossing the north lane of the highway. A driver passing by hit the immigrant and threw him onto the road.

At the start of the movement, a Texas traffic cop was seen detaining the driver of a car suspected of human trafficking. Soon after, five to six immigrants jumped out of the car, apparently trying to escape and avoid arrest. Meanwhile, a migrant from the driver’s side jumped from the car and fell into the stream.
As the car hit the runner, it was heard that the alleged smuggler, who was locked in the patrol vehicle, expressed shock when the car hit the fleeing immigrant.
Lieutenant Chris Olivares, spokesman for the DPS in Breitbart Texas, said the driver was charged with human trafficking that resulted in death.
Several human trafficking incidents that occurred in June resulted in the deaths of around 60 migrants.
According to Breitbart Texas, at least 53 immigrants who got stuck in a truck in San Antonio on June 27 died. A senior law enforcement source in Breitbart Texas said 46 immigrants were declared dead at the scene. Seven more people were taken to the hospital and died.
On June 29, at least two immigrants were killed in a police pursuit near La Jolla, Texas. As a result of the driver’s loss of control, the chase, which caused the vehicle to topple and some passengers to get out, ended. Less than 24 hours later, the police pursuit near Encinal, Texas, ended when the driver crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler. As a result of the accident, 4 immigrants died in the region. Two people, including the driver, were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
