The trips made on Saturday had passengers of 13 destinations: Ponta Delgada, Pico, Horta, Terceira, Lisbon, Porto, Funchal, Porto Santo, Cape Verde, New York, Boston, Toronto and Paris.

In a statement dated August 3, the Azorean aviation group said that “the symbolic mark of one million passengers” carried on the group’s airlines, SATA Air Açores and Azores Airlines, “was reached even before the record in 2019”.
