Commenting on the murder of Russian writer Alexander Dugin’s daughter close to the Kremlin on Saturday evening, Russia’s Investigative Committee suggested that “the explosion of the victim’s car in Moscow was a deliberate act.”

In turn, the Russian Foreign Ministry considered that “if Ukraine’s involvement in the murder of Dugin’s daughter is proven, this will be a form of state terrorism adopted by Kyiv.”

Agence France-Presse previously reported that Daria Dugin, a journalist and political analyst, was driving a car when it exploded before it caught fire on a highway near the village of Bolshoy Vyazumi, 40 kilometers from Moscow, the report said.

According to investigators, an explosive device was planted in the car.

Russian news agencies, citing close relatives, reported that the target of the explosion was the nationalist thinker and writer Alexander Dugin, explaining that this time Daria borrowed her father’s car for transportation.
