The statement adds: The perpetrator of this crime is a local resident, a citizen of Russia, born in 1967 and a supporter of the terrorist organization “Azov” who planned terrorist and sabotage actions on the orders of his coordinators in Ukraine.
The statement further states: An explosive device containing about 5 kg of TNT, his prepared residence and correspondence with the leaders of the terrorist organization “Azov” were discovered.
