Algeria has begun sending ambassadors to Arab League member states to invite them to the summit on November 1-2.

And Al-Sharq TV reported: “The President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas and the President of the Egyptian Republic, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, were the first to receive an invitation from the President of Algeria, Abdel Majid Tabun, and they confirmed their participation in the summit.”

As is customary on such dates, Algeria will send special envoys on behalf of the President of the country to all Member States to deliver invitations to all.

In light of the recent disagreements between Algeria and Morocco and the entry of Tunisia into the line, Morocco’s participation in this summit raises many questions, but the established rule is that Algeria will send a special envoy to Morocco, which is considered a moral and political duty that requires equal treatment of all member states because we are not talking about bilateral relations, but about multilateral relations.

Earlier, Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtan Lamamra indicated that “his country is ready to host the Arab summit scheduled for November 1 next year.”

This happened after news spread about the possibility of postponing the summit, as well as after reports of the presence of some Arab countries dissatisfied with Algeria’s actions in the Arab reunification project.
