Buckingham Palace confirmed last Wednesday that Prince Harry will attend his father’s coronation ceremony, but without Meghan Markle. “Buckingham Palace is pleased to confirm that the Duke of Sussex will attend the Coronation Ceremony at Westminster Abbey on May 6.”, could be read in the palace statement. “The Duchess of Sussex will remain in California with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.”
The couple would have been contacted by email more than a month ago about their presence at the coronation, not having responded until last week. The prince will be one of the 2,000 guests present at Westminster Abbey and this will be the first time he has met his family since the release of his memoir “In the Shadow”.
