The Timorese Vice Minister of Finance will be the new Governor of the Central Bank

Vasconcelos was, until then, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABP. Helder Lopes had already held the position of Vice Minister of Finance in the VI constitutional government and, later, he temporarily joined the VIII government.
