The European Council adopted new sanctions against seven individuals and seven entities linked to the transfer of Iranian ballistic missiles and drones to Russia. At a meeting of European Union (EU) foreign ministers in Luxembourg, a total of 14 new restrictions were imposed on Iran.
This new set of sanctions affects three airlines (Saha Airlines, Mahan Air and Iran Air) and two transport and supply companies.
