At least 20 people killed in two attacks in southern Gaza

The first Israeli attack targeted a family home in the Al-Manara district, southeast of the city, killing 14 people. The second, which hit another house, killed six people.

At least 20 people were killed in two overnight Israeli airstrikes in Khan Yunes, in the southern Gaza Strip, the enclave’s Civil Defense reported this Friday, adding that a hospital was invaded in the north of the region.

A first Israeli attack targeted a family home in the Al-Manara district, in the southeast of the city, killing 14 people.

The other attack hit a second nearby house and killed six people, Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Bassal said.

The Israeli army also invaded the Kamal Adwan hospital, in Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip, where they are more than a hundred peopleaccording to the Palestinian news agency Wafa.

According to Wafa, Military forces forced patients to move to the central courtyard of the hospital.

Kamal Adwan Hospital is one of the few medical centers still operating in the northern Gaza Strip.
