On Monday, The Walt Disney Company announced an agreement to air K-pop group BTS’s documentary and concert on its Disney Plus streaming platform.

The series will begin airing on the platform next year and will feature the South Korean group’s music and music videos over the past nine years.
Disney said in a statement that the series will feature “the daily lives, thoughts and plans of the band members as they prepare for the second season.”
Last month, BTS announced that they would be retiring while their members were working on single projects.
Disney’s agreement with Hype, which also manages the group’s business, allows Disney Plus to broadcast a recording of the group’s concert at Los Angeles Stadium in November 2021, which will be the group’s first public appearance after a long hiatus. , two years due to the COVID- 19 pandemic.
In addition, the deal includes a reality show featuring BTS’s V, “Itaewon Class” star Seo Joon Park, actor Woo Shik Choi, singer/actor Hyun Shik Park, and rapper Baekboy .
The statement added that Disney will also introduce a new program along with other artists whose work will be managed by Hype over the next few years.
