Turkey’s air conditioner export revenue for the first four months of this year was $2.249 billion.
According to data compiled by the Turkish news agency Anadolu Agency of the Turkish Exporters Council, “Turkish exports of air conditioners reached the markets of 182 countries in the specified period.”
In April alone, exports of the air conditioning sector in Turkey reached an increase of 24.6 percent compared to the same period last year.
Turkish exports of air conditioners grew by 15 percent in the first 4 months of 2022 compared to the same period last year.
Germany topped the list of countries importing Turkish air conditioners with $240 million, followed by Italy with $154 million and the UK with $141 million.
It is noteworthy that the total volume of Turkish exports in the first 4 months of this year increased by 21.7 percent compared to the same period last year, and the proceeds amounted to $83 billion and $564 million.
