The delinquency of public entities stood at 1,168.4 million euros until November, 277.6 million euros more compared to the same period of 2021 and 189.6 million euros compared to the previous month.
“At the end of November, the arrears of public entities amounted to 1,168.4 million euroswhich represents an increase of 277.6 million euros compared to the same period of the previous year and an increase of 189.6 million euros compared to the closing of the previous month”, reports the General Directorate of Budgets (DGO), in the summary execution budget published this Thursday.
According to the DGO report, the year-on-year evolution is provided by the increase registered in EPE Hospitals in 203 million euros, in Central Administration in 44.1 million euros and in Regional Administration in 29.3 million euros.
Regarding the monthly variation, the greatest contribution was registered by EPE Hospitales with an increase of 180.4 million euros.
Debts that are more than 90 days old are considered delinquent.
