The discreet and quiet president of TAP “broke the silence” in an initial speech in which he blamed the former heads of the Infrastructure ministries, with a focus on Pedro Nuno Santos.
During the six hours of hearing there was criticism of the general director and a sting to Fernando Medina and a lawyer’s opinion was revealed that unequivocally placed TAP in the status of public manager, which circulated among the protagonists while they negotiated the compensation to be paid to Alejandro Reyes .
