German state television is accused of editing a report on the ongoing energy crisis through a cloud of black smoke at a nuclear power plant.

As the country’s frenzied climate program continues to wreak havoc across the country, many are calling for the planned shutdown of nuclear power plants in the country, which will be shut down by the end of the year. stop to help alleviate the condition.

The image has been used as a thumbnail for both broadcast and broadcast on a number of online platforms such as Youtube.
Develop The report speculated whether dark clouds were added to make nuclear power, which is often viewed as a beast by climate activists like Greta Thunberg. This is a remarkable admission as it clearly shows that the broadcaster deliberately manipulated the images to evoke emotional reactions in viewers.
ZDF flatly denied this, and reportedly told the publication that—incredibly—the dark clouds instead reportedly represented the possibility of power outages and general instability in the power grid.
But the state broadcaster replaced the thumbnail of the Youtube post with another photo of the switchboard, this time with the right white clouds.

While this is admittedly a strange phenomenon in itself, perhaps the strangest element of the story is that this isn’t the first time ZDF has reportedly been caught adding black smoke to an image of a nuclear power plant.
In fact, the public broadcaster was previously caught filming a similar trick in February of this year, and a spokesperson for the organization claimed that a blackout layer was added to the image to make the text easier to read.
“Unfortunately, this level is not positioned correctly,” the representative said, referring to the black smoke that appears to have been added to the image, not even behind the inserted text.
