Arsenal manager Michael Arteta is set to oversee the departure of nine players this summer.
Arsenal want £60m from selling hapless players. This money is expected to go towards recruits, with priority given to the attacker.
The London club could lose £15m to Lucas Torreira, who is set to return from a loan spell at Fiorentina rather than join Viola full-time. However, the Uruguayan can still leave. The loan trio of Héctor Bellerin, Ainsley Maitland Niles and Pablo Mari were also linked with permanent departures.
The contracts of Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette expired at the end of the season, while Matteo Guendouzi and Dinos Mavropanos had already agreed to leave immediately after the end of the loan. The ninth player likely to leave is Bernd Leno, who lost the starting spot this season to Aaron Ramsdale.
It was also decided to add three players from the academy to the first team until next season: Charlie Patino, Miguel Aziz and Omari Hutchinson.
