Egyptian club Aswan have announced the arrival of Gabonese Malik Evona in preparation for joining the team on a two-season free transfer.

The club indicated on their Facebook page that 29-year-old Evona will undergo a medical examination before the deal is officially finalized and the player will be the club’s first deal of the new season.

It is noteworthy that Aswan managed to return to participation in the Egyptian Premier League starting from the new season, along with the clubs Ad-Dakhiliya and Haras El-Hodoud.

Evona was one of the stars of Egyptian Al Ahly in the 2016-2017 season after moving from Moroccan side Vidad before Al Ahly sold him to Chinese side Tianjin. cruciate ligament in February 2021.
