The England women’s team won the first group of the UEFA Euro 2022 tournament they are hosting after defeating Northern Ireland 5-0 in the meeting that brought them together. Barcelona decides De Jong’s future

Barcelona sporting director Matteo Alemani spoke about the situation with Dutch midfielder Frank de Jong, who has been the subject of much speculation about his future at the Catalan giants.
Alemany said: “Franke is an important player for us. We fully rely on him. This is where the story ends. The history of fair play is forcing players to leave. De Jong’s tenure is over. who is less important than him.”

Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry has agreed to extend his contract with the Bayern club, according to European transfer expert and coach Fabrizio Romano, who tweeted: “Gnabry will sign with Bayern Munich until June 2026.”
