The Administrative Committee of the Lebanese Volleyball Federation at its last meeting decided to determine the transfer period for Lebanese players for the 2022-2023 season, starting from Thursday, September 1 next year, until next Thursday, September 29.
Here are the details:
• Players are allowed to be transferred if they have received an official authorization duly signed by their clubs and dated from the date of the transfer period (signatures of the president and secretary and the seal of the club, provided that the expiration date of the administrative committee is valid). ), as well as for players who have credit books.
• Signature of new players (new signature) must be attached to the original ID and a photocopy.
• Any new application not bearing the signature of the president, secretary and seal of the club will not be approved.
• Players under the age of 18 must sign their guardian’s written consent and local mayor’s approval for this approval. Players outside of Lebanon have the right to have someone sign on their behalf by means of an official power of attorney duly registered with a notary public.
• Each player whose subscription has expired and who has not transferred from his club to another automatically renews his subscription at his club for a period of two years if his name is mentioned in the list of players approved by the club.
• The signatures are supervised by the Secretary General of the Federation, Issam Abu Judeh, and the process of signatures is carried out in accordance with the attached timetable.
• Set a fee of LL 250,000 (Two hundred and fifty thousand Lebanese pounds) for each transfer, loan, renewal or new signature.
The federation sent out to its clubs a schedule of dates and places for signatures in various regions of Lebanon.
And set the opening hours at the Federation Headquarters on the last day, that is, Thursday, September 29, 2022, from ten-thirty in the morning until two in the afternoon, when the handover and signature period will be closed. .
