The Oakland Police Department is investigating allegations that a couple was caught having sex in the stands at RingCentral Stadium during an Athletics-Mariners game on Sunday.
According to the news of KRON TV, the authorities intervened after a video showing the couple sitting alone in the 334th episode having sex.

“The Oakland Police Department were not notified of this incident until after the match and informed us that staff/Camera A did not catch him during the game. Police have launched an investigation,” the statement said.
“However, until now, the identities of the parties have not been determined and nobody has been prosecuted/arrested. 647(a) violation of PC. Inappropriate actions in public.”
The couple could face six months in prison and a maximum fine of $1,000 if found guilty.
The Mariners lost 3-5 in the game.
Auckland isn’t the only stadium fans are said to fall in love with. Late last year, a pair of Philadelphia Eagles fans were caught having sex in a bathroom at Panthers Bank of America Stadium.
He was taken away in double handcuffs.
