James O’Keeffe’s Project Veritas investigative journalism group recently released confidential footage of Twitter employees who proudly admit that the platform discriminates against conservatives and that many employees are dissatisfied with the possible hiring of Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
In a recently released Project Veritas, covert video footage of Shiru Murugesan, one of Twitter’s senior engineers, discusses how Twitter staffers “hate” Elon Musk and are firmly against free speech. Murugesan also acknowledged that the website is predominantly run by conservatives, and left-wing views are welcomed across the platform.

Discussing Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s attempt to take over Twitter, Murugesan said many of his colleagues said “if this happens, it’s my last day”. He noted that many Twitter employees were “eating stress” and “worried about their jobs”.
Murugasan bluntly said, “Our business is at stake; he’s a capitalist and we don’t really act like capitalists, more like socialists. We are all communists.”
Murugesan noted that the main issue is Musk’s so-called freedom of speech commitment, a concept Murugesan says contradicts the values of most Twitter employees. “Twitter doesn’t believe in freedom of expression,” Murugasan said.
Noting that company employees are actively trying to stop taking over Musk, Murugesan said, “We did our best to rebel against this. Many employees rebelled against this, but in the end, the word was on the board of directors.
Murugesan added that he thinks the Twitter board “…acted in their own self-interest because they didn’t want to be sued. at the end of the day they always take care of themselves. ”
