Floods in Spain. Patriarch of Lisbon expresses solidarity with the diocese of Valencia

The Patriarch of Lisbon, Rui Valério, expressed solidarity this Monday with the Spanish diocese of Valencia, given the effects of the storm that affected that region in recent days.
