Princess Charlene of Monaco took to her official Instagram account to share with her 443,000 followers a ridiculous situation in her domestic life. This Saturday, September 3, the monarch revealed that her 7-year-old daughter Gabriella gave herself and her twin brother Jacques an impromptu haircut that did not go well.
The next day, the twins were expected with their mother and father, Prince Albert, at the Monaco Royal Family Annual Picnica national tradition that marks the end of summer in the country and that has not happened since 2019, after being canceled two consecutive years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Images of the media event this Sunday, September 3, show Gabriella with a flower headband on the asymmetric bangs that resulted from the cut. Jacques, for his part, appears with shorter hair than could be seen in the cast made by his mother the day before, which indicates that he may have received a blow before the fact.
Princess Charlene was in a good mood, wearing a long white dress, after having posed for several photographs with her children, her husband and a group of children dressed in Monegasque regional costume, clothing they used for a traditional dance show .
Charlene’s return to the public agenda
After a year away from public life, Princess Charlene reappeared in May this year with Prince Albert and their two children in the Formula E championship (electric car competition founded in 2011), which was held in Monaco.
In May 2021, the Princess visited South Africa to participate in a campaign against rhino poaching organized by her foundation, the Fondation Princess Charlene du Monaco. During the trip, got a serious ear, nose, and throat infection which forced her to undergo three surgical operations, also preventing her from traveling by plane, due to the consequences that the pressure of height could cause.
The monarch returned to Monaco after a few months, in November of last year, but ended up quickly withdrawing from the principality to continue taking care of her “physical and mental” health in a clinic in Europe, according to her husband. Her definitive return to the country took place only in March.
