Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez noted that “the Bolivarian government of Venezuela has verified and confirmed the published news that the United States of America has allowed American and European oil companies to negotiate and resume their activities in Venezuela.”

This comes after the administration of US President Joe Biden yesterday announced a set of measures to promote political dialogue between the government of President Nicolas Maduro and the Venezuelan opposition.
