Saudi Arabia prevents travel to Lebanon and other countries … and that is the reason!

Saudi officials on Saturday released a list of 16 countries banned from traveling for reasons related to the outbreak of the new corona virus, although many countries have lifted travel restrictions related to the corona virus.

The list includes Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, India, Yemen, Somalia, Ethiopia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, Indonesia, Vietnam, Armenia, Belarus and Venezuela, the local daily Okaz reported.

Despite the recent return of flights between the two countries, Turkey is the most prominent destination on the Saudi list.

The Saudi Passport Authority issued instructive instructions to citizens before traveling during the upcoming summer holiday season, including the need to receive three rounds of Corona vaccine for adults who are not exempt from vaccination.

The General Directorate clarified that the validity of a passport for a trip to Arab countries must be 3 months and to other countries for more than 6 months, in addition, the validity of an ID card for a trip to the GCC countries is 3 months.
