Former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was also accused of conspiracy to kill a Canadian actor who was arrested on suspicion of murdering his mother.
Actor Ryan Grantham, now 24, starred in The CW. However, this was her last acting job after appearing in 36 other productions when she was just nine years old.
The actor recently admitted to second-degree murder during a trial in which he was accused of shooting his mother, Barbara Waite, in the back of the head while sitting and playing the piano in March 2020.

But in his sentencing at Monday’s hearing, prosecutors also said Grantham had more crime in mind.
Prosecutors said that after Grantham killed his mother, he loaded three pistols, ammunition, 12 Molotov cocktails and camping gear into his vehicle and drove to Rideau Cottage in Ottawa, where Prime Minister Trudeau lives.
Police investigators revealed that the actor admitted to having a plot to kill Trudeau. They also presented Grantham’s diary in which he wrote of his desire to assassinate the Canadian leader.
Grantham also told Vancouver police that he changed his mind after driving for a few hours and was considering shooting people on Vancouver’s Lions Gate Bridge or driving towards his college.

However, Grantham went straight to the Vancouver police station and confessed to killing his mother.
During the March 9 hearing, prosecutors said that Grantham shot his mother on March 30 and then took drugs for several days, watched Netflix, wrote in his diary that he regretted killing his mother, and tried to make a Molotov cocktail bomb. .

Before setting out to track down Trudeau, Grantham covered his mother’s body with a blanket, hung a rosary over the piano, and placed candles around her prostrated body.
The woman’s body was found by her daughter, Lisa Grantham, after she came home after her mother did not answer her calls and messages.
